By accessing or using Saiga Travel Technologies' website, applications, APIs, and travel management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Saiga provides a B2B travel technology platform designed for travel agents, tour operators, destination management companies, and related travel businesses.

Platform features may include itinerary creation, quotation management, CRM functionality, document management, accounting tools, AI-powered assistance, reporting, communication tools, and related services.

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Ensuring information entered into the Platform is accurate and lawful.
• Obtaining all necessary permissions and consents from travelers and end customers.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

Customers retain ownership of their business data and traveler information uploaded to the Platform.

Customers represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority to upload, process, and manage such information through the Platform.

Certain features utilize artificial intelligence and automated technologies.

AI-generated content, recommendations, itineraries, calculations, or outputs are provided for assistance purposes only. Customers are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying upon or sharing them with travelers or third parties.

Saiga does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

All software, technology, trademarks, branding, content, designs, and platform functionality remain the exclusive property of Saiga Travel Technologies or its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided under these Terms.

Users shall not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform without authorization.
• Use the Platform in a manner that disrupts services for others.

While Saiga aims to provide reliable services, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Features, functionality, or services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saiga Travel Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from use of the Platform.

The total liability of Saiga, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer to Saiga during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saiga Travel Technologies from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Customer data uploaded to the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Claims brought by travelers or third parties relating to customer activities.

Saiga may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, where required by law, or where continued access may create security, legal, or operational risks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office location of Saiga Travel Technologies.
